Blessing on Fruits - The Seven Species - Tu B'Shevat Customs
The Seven Species of Eretz Yisrael require special priority during a meal. It's important which blessing is made first when eating several different types of food because there are different levels of souls in different foods. Showing respect to a soul helps elevate it.
Although Rebbe Nachman didn't make a "seder" on Tu B'Shevat, it's customary in the Breslov community to enjoy festive meals by washing for bread, including one or two of the Seven Species, and making the she'hechiyanu blessing on a new fruit.
Praying for a beautiful esrog to honor Sukkos is also customary on Tu B'Shevat.
